Nothing herein excludes or limits the liability of EA- Earth Action (i) for fraud or gross negligence, (ii) for death or personal injury caused, (iii) or which may not be excluded or limited under the applicable law.

You are free to use some of the assets from our website or social media platforms. There are no charges associated with accessing these assets.
